Over the past 5 years, I've had the incredible opportunity to work with a small private equity group based in Austin, TX. We're a busy team, completing roughly 30-40 transactions each month, all across the country!
When it comes to real estate, I've seen and done it all. From fix & flips to managing rental properties, exploring the world of Airbnb, delving into creative financing, dealing with mobile home & RV parks, venturing into commercial multifamily properties, engaging in wholesaling, and even dabbling in land development.
You name it, I've been a part of it!
But enough about work. Let me share a bit more about myself.
I'm a 31-year-old Oklahoma City native who made the move to Austin, Texas around 6 years ago. Fate smiled upon me when I met my amazing wife, Juliana, and we quickly tied the knot. We're proud parents to two fur babies who keep us on our toes when we're not busy working. My family and friends are my rock, providing unwavering support. Spending quality time with them rejuvenates me, enabling me to better serve my clients by truly understanding their needs and delivering value.
Now, here's a little background on me. I didn't come from a real estate or business-oriented background, nor do I hold an Ivy League degree. However, I've dedicated over a decade to studying the investment side of real estate. My goal is to share my knowledge with as many people as possible. I want to note that I am not currently holding a real estate license, so I have nothing to sell you—unless, of course, it's a deal that would perfectly complement your investment portfolio! My aim is not only to serve my clients but also to cultivate partnerships that extend beyond business, forming genuine friendships.
